1. Stay focussed on your goals.
2. Work hard, but don't suffer a burn out. In other words, learn to smell the flowers even when you are busy.
3. Have integrity [no one likes a cheat either as a friend, or a business or life partner]
4. Have the courage to do and stand by what you think is right [ don't do or say something merely because it is what everybody else does]
5. Do today what you can do tomorrow.
6. Finally, if your plans don't workout, don't take it to heart. As they say, when one door of opportunity closes, another opens. Grieving about your failure may make you blind to the other opportunities that are open.

They should have proper mindsets of being a team/altruistic leader and positivity.

Is the realization that life sucks so make the best of what you can work with, its like that show "Survivorman" you are that schmuck out in that unforgiving wilderness and your survivial depends on wit, experience, perseverance and a cool/calm demeanor in the face of serious trouble.
Thats what its all about you against the unforgiving social terrain to where much of the New Agey Metaphysics that people read in books such as "The Secret"
will leave you S.O.L and that includes "Magickal" thinking which im sure like it did for me in the beginning as for many others can be mistaken for THE ACT of achieving an exact outcome according to YOUR TRUE WILL!!! NOTHING ELSE!!!!

True SMV Member should:
1. Know that he has an ability to change his whole life by changing his thinking.
2. Realize that the power of will is the gratest power that we have.
3. Be persistent.
4. Have goal or goals that will keep his mind on a leash.
5. Never give up.
