iMusic: Hype or does it really work?

I have come across the iMusic series which according to the company which produces it, is seemingly capable of miracles. After a sleepless night for example, if you listen to its "Wakeup Suite", you end up feeling fresh. Similar claims are made for its other products.

Has anyone here really benefited from all this? Any feedback would be welcome.
