Fitness without equipment?

Post by melolas on Mon Jun 30, 2008 1:32 pm

Is it possible to gain a significant level of fitness without equipment As in, no more than a jump rope or something I really need to get in shape but equipment seems so complicated (and expensive), and I don't want to jog.

May be you can. Not everybody can afford equipment. Regular stretching exercise followed by walking and regular diet can do the trick. Practice Yoga and Meditation for good results. The results may be slow in coming, but you do get there finally.

If you want the fitness you can do a lot of things, there'r a many of video in the forums, try "shaolin warriors" believe me it's gonna build you up massively.

If you really want to gain pounds of mascles, it's really cheap to buy two weights that you can add kilos to it. sure, there are many more ways just make sure you have a plan so you'll stick to it, and check out some of the Mp3 for Gym we have in the forum to crazy you up while practice. 8)

I hear yoga is something that doesnt not require anything except a mat and lots of room. YOu should definately do that. If you take yoga classes, you will also meet alot of interesting people. It is something you should try!
